I am always fascinated with empanadas. So I made some for merienda (afternoon snack).
I decided to sautee garlic, onion, diced chicken, potatoes, carrots and peas. To add a little flavor, I dashed in salt pepper, chilis, curry and turmeric.
Somebody told me I should have taken a step by step photo of my recipe. But I got tired of cooking, pause, washing my hands, grabbing my camera, click, click, washing my hands, mixing the ingredients, whew!
Well I took some photos all right, then I quit in the middle of my cooking. 🙂
